Service 01

A mark that still works at sixteen pixels.

Identity is not a picture. It is a set of decisions about how a company looks everywhere it appears, written down clearly enough that anyone can apply them. We make the mark, then we make the rules around it.

Logo design

One mark, drawn to survive every size and every surface it will ever land on.

We start from what the company actually does and who it sells to, not from a mood board. The mark is drawn in vector from the first sketch, tested small before it is tested large, and checked in single colour before any colour is chosen.

You receive a primary lockup, a compact version for tight spaces, and a standalone symbol where the concept supports one. Every version is delivered in the formats a printer, a developer and a social platform each expect.

Suits New companies choosing a mark for the first time, and existing ones whose current logo cannot be used at small sizes or in one colour.

You receive

  • Primary, horizontal and compact lockups
  • Symbol or monogram where the concept supports one
  • Monochrome and inverted versions
  • SVG, PDF, EPS, PNG and favicon-ready exports
  • Clear space and minimum size rules

Brand identity system

The rules that keep everything after the logo looking like it came from the same company.

A logo on its own does not make a brand recognisable. The system does: a palette with defined roles, a type scale, a grid, spacing rules, and a small set of graphic devices that repeat.

We document every rule in a guide written for the people who will use it, including a developer implementing it in code. Colours ship as tokens with contrast values already measured, so accessibility is not something anyone has to retrofit later.

Suits Companies producing material across several channels who need it to hold together without a designer in the room every time.

You receive

  • Colour palette with defined roles and measured contrast
  • Typographic scale and pairing
  • Grid, spacing and layout rules
  • Graphic devices, iconography direction and imagery guidance
  • Brand guidelines document in PDF and web form
  • Design tokens ready for code

Rebranding

Change what stopped working, keep what people already recognise.

A rebrand starts with an audit: what the current identity does well, where it fails, and which parts customers actually recognise. Throwing away recognition you already paid for is the most common and most expensive mistake.

We propose how far to move, from a tightening of the existing mark to a full replacement, and we plan the rollout so both identities can coexist while material is replaced in order of visibility.

Suits Established companies whose identity no longer matches what they do, or whose assets were never built for digital use.

You receive

  • Audit of the existing identity and its assets
  • Recommendation on how far to move, with reasoning
  • New or revised identity system
  • Migration plan ordered by visibility
  • Asset replacement checklist

Social and marketing assets

Templates that let someone non-technical produce on-brand material every week.

Most identity work fails at the point of daily use, when someone in a hurry needs a post by lunchtime and there is no template. We build that layer deliberately.

Editable templates cover the formats you actually publish in, sized correctly for each platform, with the type and colour rules already locked so they cannot drift.

Suits Teams publishing regularly on social channels, running ads, or attending events who need consistent material without a designer per item.

You receive

  • Profile avatars and cover images for each platform
  • Post and story templates in editable form
  • Advertising formats in required sizes
  • Presentation template
  • Print items such as business cards and signage where needed

How logo and brand identity runs

Step 01

Discover

We learn the business, the customer and the competitors, and agree what the mark has to do.

Your part: One working session plus a short written brief from you.

Step 02

Direction

Two or three distinct territories, each shown in real use rather than on a blank canvas.

Your part: You pick one direction and tell us what is wrong with it.

Step 03

Refine

The chosen direction is drawn properly, tested at every size, and checked in one colour.

Your part: Two rounds of consolidated feedback.

Step 04

Document and hand over

Final files in every format, rules written down, and a session walking your team through them.

Your part: Attend the handover and ask hard questions.

Questions about this service

Two to four weeks for a logo alone, and four to six weeks for a full identity system. The variable is feedback speed, not drawing time.

Tell us what you are building.

Send a short description of the project and we will reply within one working day with questions, a rough range and a suggested next step.
